Pick Ups Policy
We are currently operating our online store from home in the Yarra Valley, Victoria and do not have a physical store. We are happy to arrange pickups from our home, but this is done strictly by Appointment only and our address will only be shared once a confirmed time/day has been agreed upon. If you are in the neighbourhood and would like to organise a pick up, please give us a call or shoot us a quick text on 0401 021 853 and we will always do our best to get your products organised for you ASAP.

Returns and Refunds
Please contact us if you are experiencing any problems with a purchase. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Any returns must be actioned within 14 days of receiving a product. Please call or email with your request before this time. Please note our change of mind policy offers store credit or exchange only, however the customer must pay for return postage and the item must be in an unopened and unused condition. We reserve the right to check any item deemed faulty by the customer and will not issue a refund based on anything other than a fault with the item. We advise you to please read the item descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you’re not sure about a product or item, please contact us – we would love to help!
